Privacy Policy
Marketr ("we", "us") is the creative studio arm of the Norwegian marketing agency Curve, and operates this website, marketrmedia.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, why, and what rights you have. Questions? Email us at hei@curve.no.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you get in contact through our form or otherwise reach out, we receive what you submit: typically your name, email, phone number, company, and details about your business such as what you want help with.
Usage data (analytics). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, visit duration, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you found us.
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our own advertising works. If you submit your details, we may also send Meta a hashed (unreadable) version of the contact details you provide, so that conversions can be matched to ads. We do not sell your data.
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, the details you enter are sent to us and stored in our CRM and task systems so we can respond to your inquiry.
Why we process it (legal basis)
- Answering you and delivering what you asked for (call bookings, scoping creative work): performance of contract / steps prior to entering a contract.
- Analytics and advertising measurement cookies: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our advertising. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time.
- Aggregate, cookieless site statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works.

How tracking works on this site
No page on marketrmedia.com shows a cookie banner, including our homepage, application page (/apply) and video landing pages (/scale and /stuck). Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel load for every visitor, set the cookies listed above, and record page views, how much of a video is watched, form submissions and bookings. We use this data to measure and improve our advertising. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of processors to run this site and our marketing: Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Vercel (website hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under EU-approved transfer mechanisms (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Booking and contact information is kept for as long as we are in an active dialogue or business relationship with you, and deleted when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw any consent at any time. Email hei@curve.no and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new "last updated" date.
